Seven thousand square metres of floor space, under cover, available for the storage of finished items. The Comel warehouses have been designed to handle around 60% of finished items applying the Kanban method, a scheduling system integrated with the manufacturing system, which links all processes one with another, and harmonizes these same processes with customer demand.With the end in view of delivering the customer a complete and tailor-made service, deliveries are managed using only the company’s own vehicles — 5 tarpaulin covered trucks, average length 9 metres — and coordinating the logistics with the customer, according to specific needs.
